My home machine knitted fabrics, using natural yarns are washed, felted, sometimes bleached or hand dyed and are used as a base for a variety of decorative finishes. I enjoy exploring and experimenting in a medium that appears to be largely neglected in contemporary art.

I mainly use unbleached and bleached linen, hemp, alpaca, wool, mohair and silk yarns. I often apply feathers, and other natural objects found by me while walking through local woodland, beaches and marshland.
